Licht said the team would draft BPA. i doubt he will be BPA at #7.
And why exactly do you trust what they say?
Because they clearly signed McCown so they wouldn't have to reach. If they planned on reaching for QB regardless , they wouldn't have bothered. Their whole offseason strategy has been to prevent themselves from being pigeon-holed.
