Carr will be the best QB from this draft... as long as the game is played in shorts and non-contact jerseys
I can see Carr being the first QB drafted. He will blow everyone away with his Pro Day and team work outs. Unlike TB/Bortles/JFF, Carr has a real NFL caliber arm and can actually sling the rock. The other QBs need to do some more arm curls because they are severely lacking arm strength.
