Wait, so we are grading players on getting a sack at one point in the game versus another? Sacks don’t accrue value as the game goes on. A sack in Q1 causes the same outcome as one in Q4 — loss of yardage and down. Any other connection being made is party of the same bad thinking that causes people to think you should save a closer for the 9th inning in baseball.
