IMO, this is definitely a win now move on Lovie's part.
Absolutely. My strategy to fire Gruden hasn't exactly worked out like I planned. The team sucks far worse now and still has the mindset of trying to win now with a mediocre to poor QB. At least with Gruden the Bucs were a competitive NFL team. I wish they could bring him back.
