why does everyone think Dungy would be a GM?
My question is, why do people think Dungy would be a "GOOD" GM?
The one thing Dungy has going for him is he knows people. His assistants have been among the most celebrated of any recent coach and he was one of the bigger supporters of Chip Kelly making the jump two years ago. That said, I don't see much in his background that says he'd be better than any other former coach at the player personnel side.
