Will any player get a second contract from the Bucs? I think there's a decent chance, no.
At this point, I don't see why Banks wouldn't. He had a fine rookie season.
Maybe. But lots of "fine" players don't get second contracts. They get let go and a replacement is drafted who will make less money.
