I would have no problem with bringing him to camp and letting the staff kick the tires on him. I have my doubts that he will play again as any locker room he walks into now is probably not going to accept him, but doesnt hurt us to take a test drive.
You formed this opinion based on what? Your long tenure as a player in the NFL?
It doesnt take anyone with playing experience to have common sense. Is it really outlandish to suggest that he would have a hard time acclimating to a professional locker room after walking away from his teammates mid season? Could I be wrong...yes. It is still my opinion.
