Smokescreen.. They're hoping for a QB to fall into their laps at 7.
No real GM is going to draft a QB at #7 in this draft - even if every QB in this draft is still around at 7, we are not drafting a QB. Zero value in a QB at 7 particularly when someone like Mettenberger can be had in the 4th round.
