CBW, maybe im not saying this right,or seeing it for what it really is,  but thats my concern, if his system masked flaws on qbs in college, will his system hold up in the Nfl? would defenses figure it out quickly?maybe thats what im missing, and maybe he is a schemer and im looking at it the wrong way.I guess im just seeing a string of flawed qbs, and thinking its the way he teaches them, and it wont work in the nfl.

I think Tedford is an innovative offensive mind that can get the best out of his talent. He puts his QB's in a position to succeed, which is exactly what we need given that Glennon is a guy with obvious flaws, or if we were to draft a QB and needed him to play early.
