This isn't about being a loud mouth.....it's about exuding an "i got this" confidence. I hope like hell Mariota has it but it is a knock on him and it comes from the people that have to make the decision.
If you are judging him by an interview , like Peanut Gallery , then it is about being a loudmouth.I think he does exude " I got this" on the football field.
