If we are picking high in the draft, is there any doubt we take a QB? I can't see a situation where we would not.
What if we pick #3 and Mariota and Winston go first and second? Do we take the third best QB or do we go with the best OT, DE, LB, or whatever?
Hell no. Then you take the best Lineman available.
