Do the math.  Lots of fail in the NFL.  Rodgers being the exception.  Dilfer was a game manager with an incredible defense.I am not saying he would be a bad OC...tedford has been talked about on this board for years.

Do the math. There are 32 NFL teams. 32 starting NFL QBs. The good ones play for 15 years. There are 120 or so Division I schools. Each school turns over a QB roughly every 3 years. That means there are around 600 former Division I QBs who are within the right age range to be playing in the NFL. And you think this one guy who was a coach at a school which was not a recruiting powerhouse should have put more than one really good QB into the league?
