This team needs to win, it’s not always about the “sexy pick”Lovie Smith was a beast of a coach who is well respected and was a consistent winner, ok, you can knock him on his OC problems but their were reports of him studying the game more on offense for his next go around, I would be all for Lovie coming to Tampa, we need a guy like him, lets go!
