I would not pencil myself into such a specific position on defense.A good corner will make the QB hold the ball longer. That helps the pass rush.
I disagree with this concept. These corners dont really exist at the NFL level, or at least theyre an anomaly. I would not be targeting a a college corner in the top 10 with the hopes that he can shadow a NFL #1 WR all over the field irregardless of the time given and shut him down. The truth of the matter is even good corners in the NFL are going to get beat if the DLine does not apply pressure, so its a flawed plan to attempt to draft Darrell Revis in order to improve the Dline. There is really only one way to improve the DLine and that is to get better Dlineman.
