This is feasible and would actually be really good.
Yeah I would be ok with this staff. Given the choice I would take Marinelli over Frazier, but Frazier is a solid choice.
I would much prefer a HC that brought in and offensive system and kept it intact through his tenure rather than rolling through multiple OCs who leave for a HC gig once they show any success.
