You know what, if the man is going to go down – he should go down doing it his way and being steadfast in his core principles as a head football coach! He has a proven track record that the defense he is installing works. But he is correct in one regard –  the team is void of talent to run his defensive scheme…They do not have the horses up front to wreck havoc with just four down linemen, do not have instinctual linebackers that can play coverage and do not have the necessary cornerbacks who have great closing speed when the ball is thrown underneath. As for the offensive scheme how about changing the damn throwing point of the QB - if you can't protect the QB when he is behind center - move the pocket to slow down the rush - also run shorter routes to help him out. That should have been an in-game adjustment - not a damn halftime adjustment.
