Southern roads are actually constructed differently, they’re not properly crowned. But experience plays a role as well, anyone raised up north has flipped about a thousand kitties on ice packed surfaces and is much more accustomed to handling a vehicle under those conditions.Plus, people in Atlanta just suck in general.
