SR was correct on this one. 1) Uniforms were rolled out a day or two ahead of the planned date (can't remember why though).2) The black background in the initial presentation made the colors look off, was terrible, and confused everyone (pretty unprofessional actually - that's basic photograph/presentation).3) While there were some media outlets that wrote positively, it was pretty widely panned.4) Glazers comments after the fact admitted that there was pretty significant backlash (and note that this didn't happen with the helmets).
Re #1 - apparently there was an eminent leak about to occur. Probably the primary reason the marketing director was let go if I were to guess.
