To be precise, Tedford was recruiting Carr and another QB that year and the other guy accepted the scholarship first.
i find it scary that carr wasnt tedfords #1 choice in college yet could be his #1 guy in the pros. but maybe they love what they see. or maybe its all a smokescreen
