He needs a staff and a plan. I hope like hell he can help us. Those last few years with DA BAERZ weren't great IMO
Lovie's plan includes Tedford, Frazier, Sporano, Marinelli.
That's a nice plan. :D Hope for the Glazers it includes Marc Ross, as well. That'd be a formidable team of younger and older men with experience in a variety of organizations. And having Frazier could help with luring Jared Allen, which is a fine bonus.
