He needs a staff and a plan. I hope like hell he can help us. Those last few years with DA BAERZ weren't great IMO
Lovie's plan includes Tedford, Frazier, Sporano, Marinelli.
I hope this is true... I just drooled on my keyboard.
All boils down to QB play, IMO. Those coaches that have had success in this league have usually had rock-solid if not, fantastic play at the QB position.
