I’m waiting to see how seriously he takes his job under this new staff. It was commented that a lot of players didn’t like coming to work under Schiano’s regime. Kids/young players will make mistakes and lose focus. It takes good leadership to instill an element of maturity/seriousness in young people. I think Mike matures going forward.
