I know its Bleacher Report but it’s not like most of us know much about potential GMs:http://m.bleacherreport.com/articles/1656126-10-nfl-front-office-personnel-men-that-will-be-general-managers

Doesn’t even mention Scot McCloughan. Is that because he was a GM once already?

A lot of them have been mentioned here before. Khan seems like a decent guy, but the drafting in Pittsburgh has been bad lately.

Jason Licht is a guy I hadn’t heard much about until now, but seems like a decent candidate.

Decosta is the best of the bunch IMO. But the Ravens gave him a boatload of cash to stick around until Ozzie retires. But Ozzie is only in his 50’s, so I would think he sticks around for at least a few more years. John Schnieder is another great GM. And teams have been poaching his assistants already. The Jets GM was a Schneider guy. And you always have to wonder if these front office types are any good, or they are just riding the coattails of a successful GM?
