      Anyone who:

      a) Can turn himself into a functional 3rd down back in the pros without the inherent skill set nor prior tutelage…

      and…

      b) Dealt with horrific injury ups and downs with mental resiliency and courage…

      deserves a job as an RB coach somewhere.

      A talented back who couldn’t stay healthy.   Who knows what he could’ve done if he had stayed healthy.  Now he gets to coach his position as his alma matter.   I wish him the best of luck.

      I’ll never forget the time when Cadillac Williams was signing autographs & I asked if it would be ok if I took a picture of him & my brother together, a Bucs rep said pictures weren’t allowed & Mr. Williams stopped him & said it was ok. A real class act.
