Robert Nkemdiche DE is said to be out of shape coming off knee surgery.

Dude has been a major disappointment after being touted as one of the best prospects in many years. Loves the weed.

Saw this coming from day one.

GoldsonAges on 2nd round pick, Safety, Justin Evans, out of Texas A&M – “coaching can’t fix this”.

Sounds to me like he needs a coach who isnt afraid to stick a foot up his ass.

He always had things handed to him due to his football skills. He was a local hero in the town where he went to high school. Lived with his high school coach because his parents lived out of the country. Had a really nice car, nice threads, and got free meals at local restaurants. Never had a problem with his grades *wink, wink*.  Always looked like a grown man playing against kids in high school games. One has to wonder why he was overlooked by big colleges. Maybe they did their homework on this guy. Everything came easy to him until the reality of the NFL.

I can’t speak to the rest of that, but the dude was the #1 recruit in the nation. He had offers from Alabama, USC, LSU, Florida, Clemson, etc. He was not overlooked at all.

Probably Bruce Arians is surprised. He just never seemed to get the whole NFL thing…

He’s learning the hard way that this isn’t college, it’s a job.   His best bet would be to stay in shape this season, then go play in the XFL in the spring and try to work his way back from there.

If he had ACL surgery in December it should take like 8 months minimum before he can play football again. How is he passing a physical? He could be out of shape from not being able to stick to his regular training program in order to keep his weight down.

He cleared waivers today, no surprise, no takers, now a free agent.
