Scared me. Your heading says “resigns”. I’m like, he quit after signing that deal? What am I missing here?

Then I see you copied and pasted the info where it correctly cites “re-signs”. Resigns and Re-signs have two different meanings despite have the same phonetic enunciations.

Spoken like a true jackass, congrats @hockey duckie.

You feel better about yourself now, big man?

      Hopefully suh + barrett next.

Neither can happen without restructures/extensions tho.

Suh likely similar to his 2020 # (8 mil)

      Barrett roughly double that.

I’m certainly more optimistic suh is back over barrett.

We’re resigned to having him for another year since he didn’t resign, but re-signed.

Another 2 years at least with 3 more if he still has it.

He showed some signs of slowing down during the playoff run.

Maybe he was just nicked up and/or his mind/ body wasn’t allowing him to go full speed, which is OK. He’s had a long, fantastic career thus far, and it’s great that he’ll be back; I’m not being critical, it is what it is.

He may need to change his conditioning, maybe even go TB12 because Geritol prolly ain’t gonna do it.
