      Not much of a surprise. This is the time of year to do it and he’s a new GM – he’s going to want some of his people used to doing it his way. Further digging suggests that this guy is more of a replacement for Hickey (Dir. of Player Personnel), so we still need to find a Dir. of College Scouting. We also did not re-up two long-time scouts, but that was reported a few weeks ago.

      yeah, I guess they always want their own guy(s) but isn’t Stokes thought of pretty highly across the league?
