I am not even close to a medical person but the Olympic standard for transgender is based on testosterone levels when that is only one factor, especially in something like weightlifting. Mass and bone structure are simple examples.
Well, I am only speaking for myself to say that this is an area outside my scope of knowledge. I know for certain that testosterone alone is not the proper measure. I also know from my very own experience that the very best female athlete in my own sport could not compete with even a lesser accomplished male. The female player might even be more skilled and even more accomplished, but ultimately the physical differences were too great for the female athlete to overcome
Maybe that changes with the gender change but I don’t think so based on the metric being testosterone
