As I have posted before, this is WRONG — an abuse of the legislative process — but it is what left-leaning political leadership will resort to give the control that the NRA has exerted over gun legilslation. I previously mentione dthings like taxes on bullets or onerous insurance requirements that made it difficult to ow a gun, this is similar, the Executive Branch bypassing Congress and using (pressuring) the FDIC: ‘High risk’ label from feds puts gun sellers in banks’ crosshairs, hurts business Obama plan pressures financial institutions Gun retailers say the Obama administration is trying to put them out of business with regulations and investigations that bypass Congress and choke off their lines of credit, freeze their assets and prohibit online sales Read more: http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2014/may/18/targeted-gun-sellers-say-high-risk-label-from-feds/#ixzz32GGjz9hk Follow us: @washtimes on TwitterNote the focus on ONLINE SALESAgain, I think this is WRONG and having limited government functioning properly is more important in the long-run than guns . . . . . but as wrong as this is its hardly unexpected. IT is relfection of the government OVERREACTING to the over-reaching of the NRA
