      The Buccaneers signed Louis Murphy last March to help bolster their wide receiver position, and the St. Petersburg native is happy to be back home in the Tampa Bay area.       With a passing league, team’s are regarding that 3rd receiver position as a starting position, not to mention Vincent Jackson did some great things when he moved inside to the slot. I expect more of the same, so it should be a nice battle for that third spot.
