It’s really all going to be about how he contributes in special teams, he’s got a good frame and athletic ability, so he’s got a shot but he’s going to have pick the game up quick to stick around, odds are against him, I’m with Penny on this, he’ll be fighting for a practice squad spot.
I’m at a place where I wonder how a talented, pedigree guy with a much higher grade fell to UDFA. All I can hope for is that it was a slight character issue ala Mike Williams from several years ago and he’s a surprise guy to make the squad.
Assuming we keep 5-6 WRs there are 3 stone cold locks in…Evans, Godwin, Perrimam…Highly likely Justin Watson (gives us 4 WR)…ahead of the game in BoBo Wilson and Scotty Miller…then all the rest J.A.G.s like A Miller, Serg Bailey, DeMarkus Lodge, Malik Taylor, etc.
Scotty Miller hopefully sticks and another star rises from the ashes to claim BoBo’s spot. Maybe Anthony Miller!?
While he probably won’t make it here if she shows out then he will end up on another team. That being said spots 1-3 are the only WR spots locked down. If he outperforms Miller, Watson, Wilson, Lodge and the other guys he will make the team. There is room for 2 more WR’s.
