The Buccaneers decided they had enough of wide receiver Mike Williams negative headlines and sent him to the Bills for a sixth-round selection in next month’s NFL Draft.https://www.pewterreport.com/index.php?option=com_k2&Itemid=20&view=item&layout=item&id=9737

People have been saying it was about the money, but I happen to believe licht and lovie just want player concentrating on football, not stupid bs.Mw, like Freeman, lost touch with the game.

Not surprised.  Lovie runs a tight ship.  No knuckleheads in his locker room.  I am surprised we couldn’t get more for him.  The guy’s a talented wide out.  We should’ve waited till just after camp, when team’s realize they need a WR and gotten a better deal.  A 6th round pick is a throwaway, IMO

not criticizing, but every fan thinks their players are worth more than they are.  Williams was for about 50% of his time here(?) a good 2nd WR.  He had pluses (great body control, good after the catch) but also negatives (could not beat press coverage very well, not very fast). If you add to that that he was on a year long streak of off-field issues that brought back pre-draft concerns about the guy and that he was, essentially, on a one year deal . . .a 6th is probably fair
