He uses his speed to mirror the speed rushers and is strong enough to create movement in the run game. DE Noah Spence – Eastern Kentucky.Noah Spence shined at the senior bowl, using his speed to abuse opposing OT’s. There is a growing sense among league scouts that he is no longer viewed as a 1st round prospect. He’s got some character concerns to work through, but in the 2nd round he has tremendous value and upside that we feel the Bucs will not overlook.       Off field concerns not a factor and Spence goes top 10. I just don't see him slipping THAT far when he's still one of the best pass rushing prospects out there. After watching how the Broncos demolished the Panthers offense some team won't let that pass rushing ability get past them. He'll go between 20-31

      Mixed review on this. The bad: Cooper no; Spence won’t drop that far but his issues are daunting; Killebrew is great but prob won’t drop that far.The good: Stanley great; Miller ok, good value there; love Ochi.Overall grade: B+

      We didn't want to involve trades in the draft, but we def. see the Bucs making a couple moves. Possibly for spence and Killebrew. Also we based this off of cbs sports projected rankings.http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/prospectrankings

      I'd love this draft. Just swap out Higgins for Miller.

      What do you see from Higgins that Miller cant do? I feel like Miller adds a tone more upside from an offensive position because he can line up in the backfield, he can throw the ball, he can clearly catch and hes got solid speed and agility to play the slot perfectly.
