Proud of these guys… not perfect by any stretch but a gutsy performance and the D is real. McCaffrey fantasy owners crying themselves to sleep tonight. Lol

Great win. Fun game to watch on national television. Been a while since I said that.

This was a FANTASTIC team effort. Win or Lose (I think we win). Passion, guidance, discipline.

Hopefully from here on out, we get it “clicking” on offense and it becomes less of a nail biting defensive stand. Jameis… managed the game. Besides Godwin, the WR’s were negligible. Wondering, in hindsight, how Bruce had our TE’s lined up and functioning tonight. They didn’t show up in the passing game, but maybe they showed out in the blocking game? (Again, I was cooking most of the time).

Defense played… disciplined. Both DL and Secondary had moments I saw, but more importantly played consistently.

Loved how Leftwich kept with the gameplan early when it wasn’t working out. Mixed up the running game in the 1st half to poke holes in the Panther’s D scheme. Eventually figured out what their game plan was an exploited it.

Good coaching all around. Good execution on the D (not great, just imagine when it is great!). And mediocre offensive execution.

Aside from the 1st quarter, and granted I have skittish hound syndrome with the Bucs, at no point did it feel like the coaching staff was out maneuvered. In fact, judging from the shots I did see, Rivera looked shook.

    Mood: cautiously optimistic.

CMC is their best player, they put the game in his hands. It was the right play for them.

And we knocked the spit out of him consistently all night long. Such an improvement over previous seasons!

Props to Winston for having a good bounce back game on a short week.
