We all want to fire the coaches, the players the gm, the owners. ..but I think we all know its not happening. So lets look at this rationally. I know many are not able to do this, but oh well.As unpopular as it sounds, I think stay the course is the best plan.OFFENSE - its a fact, losing your oc the first week of the season is backbreaking.we do need an elite qb. But I don't think it's the most pressing need. We have solid talent. Maybe not great talent, but certainly solid. Stay the course. Fingers crossed tedford comes back and this year isnt a total waste. We just invested big into the ol, we have young talent at the skill positions.let them grow.DEFENSE - just look at Dallas and I think you can see the progression of a new defense. It took at least half a year for hall of fame guys to be proficient regarding sapp and co., it takes some time. We still need more talent though. We need elite at re and mlb.  Draft those positions high. Move mj to le and gholston becomes solid depth.find a coverage safety in fa.  We need more depth/talent at cb. Releasing goldson should free up cap space to make it happen. Then comes the big decisions. Qb & mccoy. Id be happy with competent at qb, but we all yearn for elite. Unfortunately, its not a slam dunk. Im not a fan of using a #1 just to say we tried. There is a lot of potential with the incoming qbs, but just as many questions. With mccoy, I honestly wouldn't mind trading him for a #1 but realize it's not realistic. What is realistic is letting him go. It does sound blasphemy to many, and I have argued against it. But using that cap space on versatile guys might be a better route.  Mike Bennett is the poster child for this.a guy that can apply pressure inside and out and has a strong motor. Still not easy to find these guys and you also have to find the pass rushing outside specialist. It is a route though, and wed have money to do it.Its not popular, but stay the course. Rome wasn't built overnight

It’s not like we have any say in the matter.  The organization will do whatever  they want.  Only option we have is to support or not support the team.

They can do some minor changes like benching one or both starting safties for example.  But I do agree with your overall premise that the boat has sailed for large sweeping changes this year.

The difference is washed up Monte Kiffin and still in his prime Rod Marinelli.

Not only does this team suck eggs, it’s BOOOOORING!! Both sides of the ball are plain vanilla. Not even with those vanilla bean specks.Glennon has 10 games left to prove he's the QB for next year. If not, you have to take a chance on a top QB if he's there. There's risk in every pick. How hard is it to understand this is a QB league now? If you don't have one, you have zero chance. As for McCoy, he's one of two elite players on the entire team and you want to trade him?? At a key position no less. Maybe THE key position on defense. So much for staying the course. smh

Losing an OC is back breaking as it has happened twice within a ten year span, so we have to be patient for Arroyo.Frazier and Lovie need to sit down and make some big decisions with the personnel they use to run the Tampa 2 or how they teach it.Like pronto. Licht need to show Koenen the door and force the issue with the coaching staff if he has to.

I don’t agree with being patient with Arroyo. He was never supposed to be the OC. He doesn’t have the experience. This is the freaking NFL, not the place to learn on the job. They’ve known about Tedford’s condition for months and yet came up with no contingency plan. Should’ve brought in a consultant or a new OC.
