HC Greg RomanRoman is an offensive minded coach. Predicates his offense on efficient running, sound blocking, and keeping opposing defenses guessing.DC Rod MarinelliThe best defensive line coach in football. Has worked wonders with an injury ridden Cowboys line. Case in point, George Selvie. Marinelli will get our defense back to being tops in the league in sacks.GM Brian GutekunstGreen Bay's version of our own Eric Stokes, but much better at scouting. Has been instrumental in bringing in the likes of Clay Matthews, Aaron Rodgers, Randall Cobb, etc. Releases:Davin JosephDaquan BowersTiquan UnderwoodLeonard JohnsonLuke StockerMike KoenenFree Agency:Michael Johnson 3yrs/18.25milThis makes up for losing Bennett. Manziel is an NFL bust waiting to happen unless he grows up FAST.Marinelli wouldn't come back to Tampa after the way they refused to let Joe Barry (son in law) out of his contract to join him in Detroit. There seems to be over 10 spots left to fill so depth is a massive issue.

I think Marenelli comes back only if Lovie Smith is the HC

Aside from guys like Hayward, Gibson, Adams, etc. The final 10 roster spots are always unpredictable.

Didn't know about that, but I can't see him turning down a spot as a DC.

Thanks. I would be good with Marinelli coming back. I'd like to see a draft something like this.Trade number 1 pick to Minnesota for their first (3rd overall), their second this year, 1st in 2015 and 2nd in 2016.WIth 3rd pick Jadeveon Clowney.Trade back into late first round and draft Eric Ebron TE with remaining second round pick draft Dominc Easily DTGive Marinelli and probably new HC Lovie Smith a D-line of Clayborn, McCoy, Spence, and Clowney as starters with Easily and Bowers to rotate in and keep everyone fresh. We would be back to posting 40+ sack seasons like the good ole days.

The Bucs can’t hire Marinelli unless the Cowboys release him from his contract.I hate parlaying the #2 overall pick into a second round player and an additional second and third round pick.

Why not Jim Leavitt as DC under this scenario?  49ers probably wouldn’t let him go though .

that must be why he went 0-16.. he didnt have joe barry!Stop looking to the past to fix our problems..We need a culture change. BTW Cowboys are giving up a TON of yards.. the D-line is not that great.
