      Today was a very unusual cool day for Tampa weather.  Conditioning aside, if any of these rookies thought today was hot, then wait until the middle of summer with all of the heat and humidity.  Talk about losing your stomach and passing out.  They better be ready.

      That's good info thanks, never had something like that. I been through a partial achilles tear but never fractured anything... good to hear some positives from someone who's gone through it
