Greenwald had a good article as well. Nothing to see here. It wasn’t so long ago that even people like Alice would acknowledge that shit like this cannot happen. As it is, anything done to kneecap your political opponents is fair game. Team good guy must win.

There is really no denying at this point that the Hillary campaign is responsible for the entire Russiagate phenomenon.

Here comes Alice saying it’s a political witch hunt and that Sussman is completely innocent. After starting dozens of threads about Michael Flynn being guilty. How Duram is a corrupt closet Trumper even though he was widely respected as being impartial and of great character when he was appointed. Now he’ll be a Trumper and Alice will malign and discredit and somehow not understand that everything he’s saying sounds pathetic after all his comments over the years.

      The hypocrisy blows my mind.

Hmmm . . . before you and your ilk claimed it was the Deep State

Now that that claim has been completely BLOWN OUT OF THE WATER . . you’re claiming in September of 2021 that it was the Clinton campaign when the Steele dossier was 2016?

This is classic failed conspiracy theory moving the ball

Like many investigations, the Trump investigation starts with an oddity. In this case, an absolute clown (George P) bragging. Just like Watergate started with an odd burglary.

You (Trumper) claims of Deep State completely wrong . . so now . . move the ball.

Pfffft Pardon me for responding to a ghost but dangit what are you even talking about?

I never said anything about the Deep State. We’ve been talking for years about corruption of Democrat officials and the Democrats candidate for the Presidency. We’ve been talking about inappropriate use of political power to target political opponents since the IRS 501c3 scandal durring Obama’s Presidency. The whole thing smacks of corruption and using political power in inappropriate and illegal ways to try to gain a political advantage. Then when Democrats lose they use illegal wiretaps and lie on FISA warrant applications to target the incoming administration. I don’t give a rats ass about Trump I care about the government grabbing the reigns of power in an unconstitutional and illegal way to try to maintain their stranglehold. The election matters when you win and not when you don’t. Bullshit. I’m also against any Republican administration or politician that would do the same thing.

      And this? WTF dude?

      The Grand Jury charges that:
      A. Introduction and Overview
      1. In or about late October 2016 – approximately one week before the 2016 U.S.
Presidential election – multiple media outlets reported that U.S. government authorities had
received and were investigating allegations concerning a purported secret channel of
communications between the Trump Organization, owned by Donald J. Trump, and a particular
      Russian bank (“Russian Bank-I”).
      2. According to one of these articles published by a maJor U.S. newspaper
(“Newspaper-I”), intelligence officials possessed information concerning “what cyber experts said
appeared to be a mysterious computer back channel between the Trump Organization and [Russian
Bank-I].” The article further reported that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) had “spent
weeks examining computer data showing an odd stream of activity to a Trump Organization
server,” and that “[c]omputer logs obtained by [Newspaper-I]” showed “that two servers at[Russian Bank-1] sent more than 2,700 ‘look up’ messages . . . to a Trump-connected server
beginning in the spring.” According to other articles, this information had been assembled by an
      Case 1:21-cr-00582-CRC Document 1 Filed 09/16/21 Page 1 of 27
computer researcher who used the moniker “Tea Leaves.”
      3. The FBI had, in fact, initiated an investigation of these allegations in response to a
meeting that MICHAEL A. SUSSMANN, the defendant herein- a lawyer at a major international
law firm (“Law Firm-I”) – requested and held with the FBI General Counsel on or about
September 19, 2016 at FBI Headquarters in the District of Columbia. SUSSMANN provided to
the FBI General Counsel three “white papers” along with data files allegedly containing evidence

supporting the existence of this purported secret communications channel.
      4. During the meeting, SUSSMANN lied about the capacity m which he was
providing the allegations to the FBI. Specifically, SUSSMANN stated falsely that he was not
doing his work on the aforementioned allegations “for any client,” which led the FBI General
Counsel to understand that SUSSMANN was acting as a good citizen merely passing along
information, not as a paid advocate or political operative. In fact, and as alleged in further detail
below, this statement was intentionally false and misleading because, in assembling and conveying
these allegations, SUSSMANN acted on behalf of specific clients, namely, (i) a U.S. technology
industry executive (“Tech Executive-I”) at a U.S. Internet company (“Internet Company-I”), and
(ii) the Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign (the “Clinton Campaign”)

law firm (“Law Firm-I”) – requested and held with the FBI General Counsel on or about
September 19, 2016 at FBI Headquarters in the District of Columbia. SUSSMANN provided to
the FBI General Counsel three “white papers” along with data files allegedly containing evidence. That’s September of 2016.

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steele_dossier

is a political opposition research report written from June to December 2016 containing allegations of misconduct, conspiracy, and co-operation between Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and the government of Russia prior to and during the 2016 election campaign. NPR has described the controversial opposition research as an “explosive dossier of unsubstantiated and salacious material about President Trump’s alleged ties with Russia”.[4] The dossier, leaked without permission, is an unfinished 35-page compilation of raw intelligence[5] based on information from witting and unwitting anonymous sources known to the author, counterintelligence specialist[6] Christopher Steele,[7] a former head of the Russia Desk for British intelligence (MI6), written for the private investigative firm Fusion GPS.

Research funded by Democrats produces dossier
Opposition research was indirectly funded by the DNC and the Clinton campaign, working through their attorney of record, Marc Elias of Perkins Coie.[59] In an October 2017 letter, Perkins Coie general counsel Matthew Gehringer described how, in March 2016, Fusion GPS approached Perkins Coie and, knowing the Clinton campaign and the DNC were its clients, inquired whether its clients wished to pay Fusion GPS “to continue research regarding then-presidential candidate Donald Trump, research that Fusion GPS had conducted for one or more other clients during the Republican primary contest.”[60] In April 2016, Elias hired Fusion GPS to perform opposition research on Trump.[59][60]

WTF Dude. Fire can probably follow this. The entire thing…. 4 years of nonsense came from the Clinton campaign. I’m sure right now that doesn’t seem like a very big deal to fire however at the time the entire DNC organization was in the bag for the Clinton campaign as proven by the Clinton Email scandal and resulting in many resignations of DNC officials.

THE ENTIRE DEMOCRATIC PARTY STARTED THE WHOLE FUCKING LIE!!!!!!

And when I say it I’m automatically a Trumper? Fire I hope that DB is gone for a while and you can take a little time to think for yourself. All the fake outrage about everything that’s not progressive is a bunch of BS. I don’t know if Alice is really a Russian agent who just had taskforce alpha raid his Belarussian Troll farm but whatever happened I hope it sticks.

Every American should hold all Democrats involved in this to the fire. It’s a stain on the entire nation and if it didn’t happen, even though Trump is a douchebag, the last 4 years would have been a lot more reasonable. Instead we got Nancy ripping up a speech and a whole lot of outright nastyness about every word uttered. When you lose you lose. Democrats are terribly destructive losers. Like Trash the hotel room because your fries were cold destructive.

I never said anything about the Deep State

The “Deep State” aspect of this is the FBI turned a blind eye to whom this guy worked for. I am pretty confident they knew who this guy worked for and who his clients were.

Sussman worked for Perkins Coie which is (apparently) known for representing left of center Political Clients and is the Primary Council for the DNC. He walks in out of nowhere from the “goodness of his heart” with all this “intel” and the FBI says “OK.” I mean come on!

That’s right. So someone like Alice will respond to that with “Deep State” and call you a tin foil hat wearing loon…. of course he will but what we’re talking about is simply a different rule book for the elites which they use to push their own personal political biases and beliefs. It’s not much different from the recent issues with the media. You first have to acknowledge that all people have biases and then you have to make sure the playing field is as level as possible. When Government is involved that just means making them stick to the rules and when they don’t and it has political consequences well it just can’t happen. This cannot happen in a free society. We have to hold these people accountable no matter if we think it was for a good cause or not. It works both ways too.
