Nothing could be further from the truth. Williams was only worth a sixth-round pick. That’s the truth. If he was worth more Licht would have gotten more.”He was only worth a 6th right now. But that's after being in the news for the wrong reasons and coming off an injury riddled, non productive year. If he stayed out of trouble and had another season like he had 2010-2012 (910 yards, 8 TDs) then he would have been worth significantly more after the season. For a $1.8M cap number I think the Bucs should have rolled the dice that he would have bolstered his trade value.

You're speculating. You have no idea what he would have done this season. The fact that we got something for him is good.

They would just rather them be gone so they can fully concentrate on the future and not be reminded of the past. It's like getting divorced. You could probably save some money living with your soon-to-be ex-wife as you finalize your divorce, but it would really suck. It's worth money and resources to just be done with it.

...or he is a dumba$$ who gets suspended, fined and benched by the organization and his trade value becomes zero.

Dude hasn't played a down in the NFL. McCown is worried about a damn thing when it comes Manziel.

No. Forgiveness and Grace rented apartments from Lovie when he was in Chicago.

Unfortunately that wouldn've have happened. He had a $6.8 million cap hit next year. Even at his best teams wouldn't trade for that amount for a solid no. 2 WR.

You never gave your opinion on this. Yes or no?

Evans ran a 4.53 in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine and that’s a respectable time given his massive frame….”. Proof reading seems to be a thing of the past...unless we're talking about drafting a reveiver named "Jackson" I'm unaware of.

Says who?He only got three different opportunities. Two of those teams totally sucked and the one shot he got with a good supporting cast he looked great. He hasn't even had enough opportunity to be considered average to poor. But go ahead and throw out his recent accomplishments and focus on his "career stats".
