Forget everyone else.
The case for Tom Brady to be named 2020 League MVP:
• 43 years old
• First year with new team (after 20 years with same team)
• First year with new HC (after 20 years with same HC)
• First year with new OC (after almost 20 years with same OC)
• First year in new offensive scheme (after almost 20 years with same scheme)
• No off-season training camps
• No pre-season games
• Led team to multiple come from behind victories
• Led team to first winning record since 2016 and only second one since 2010
• Led team to first playoff berth since 2007
• Threw 40 TD passes (franchise record, personal career second best)
• Led team to franchise record points scored
• All of this during the Covid-19 pandemic -
But yet Kyler Murray with only 26 TDs gets nominated over Brady for the Pro Bowl.
-
Half the points could be said for every other QB in the league.
What are his stats in comparison to: Rodgers, Mahomes, and Wilson?
I am in favor of him being mentioned for league MVP, by the way.

Unfortunately Rodgers had a piss easy schedule
-
Brady should 100% absolutely have been named to the pro bowl though.
2nd in the league in TDs and passing yards.
Kyle’s Murray has like 12 less TDS than Brady, it’s a joke.

Well league MVP questionable, I think he’s definitely Bucs MVP though and doesn’t get enough credit for even the plays he doesn’t make….like today when he went through his progressions, got to Scotty Miller, and instead smartly throws the ball away instead. Also his leadership to be able to get a guy like AB on the team, who today realized Brady mistakenly threw to Miller and ran over as fast as he could to catch the touchdown before Scotty had a chance to tip the ball to the other team.

I can’t think of any other QBs with all of these “firsts”. Besides, stats alone don’t always mean you are an MVP. Brady has great stats, had more to acclimate to, and helped make the Bucs respectable again.

While I’m sure Brady will be in the conversation, it has to be Josh Allen.

Aaron Rodgers and Clay Matthews are lovers.

#12 in GB shoe in for MVP. Bet on it. Brady’s late season surge too late for Pro Bowl votes LOL.
