Let’s be honest, this Bucs team before we signed Brady was already loaded.
The only weakness we thought we had was at RB and DB.
And then AB, Gronk, and Fournette fell into our lap.
And Arians’ faith in RoJo was restored because he exploded this year.
The DBs just kept learning as the season went along.
Add it all up Jason Licht looks like the GM of the year. (And now everybody forgives the Lovie and Koetter years)

I don’t think there’s any doubt that Brady wanted to come to Tampa because of offensive weapons like Evans, Godwin, OJ Howard, Cam Brate, etc., so Licht definitely gets credit for that.

However, Brady gets credit for Gronk, AB, and Fournette. There’s no way those players are in Tampa if Brady isn’t the QB. Those are also that players that scored all of the TD’s in the Superbowl. You’ll hear many in the media say Brady was player, coach, and GM. There’s a reason for that.

Brady brought the culture change too. During the awards he said to the team “knew this was going to happen right” DAYUM!

easy to look at stats but players need leaders. Brady the GOAT of all leaders

      Agree.
They should be contenders for another 1-3 years if everyone’s willing to work together.
