Get your money ready: Vegas releases win totals for 2014 season Fox SportsMay 19 2014 10:45pm ET
Kevin C. Cox / Getty Images North America The projections say the Seahawks will have another solid season. What does the smart money say about the 2014 NFL season? Well, let's look no further than the Las Vegas Hilton, which released its projected win totals for all 32 NFL teams on Sunday. And starting from the top, it should be no surprise that the two teams that played in Super Bowl XLVIII -- Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos -- lead the 2014 list with 11 projected wins each. The San Francisco 49ers and the New England Patriots both check in right after the top two, tied with 10.5 wins each. Some other highlights: 1. The Carolina Panthers had an amazing stretch of success to close out the 2013 regular season and won the NFC South. However, their offseason losses at receivers evidently made Vegas a little bit wary. Cam Newton and Co. are projected to win eight, a game-and-a-half behind the Saints. 2. The Kansas City Chiefs had a great run under new coach Andy Reid, finishing 11-5 with a playoff berth. Should we expect a repeat performance? Vegas says no dice, projecting the Chiefs for just eight wins. 3. The Dallas Cowboys have gone 8-8 the past three consecutive seasons. The Hilton says the Big D will once again be Big meDiocrity with eight wins. 4. The Houston Texans nabbed Jadeveon Clowney with the No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft, and that's all well and good. But they're still projected to win just 7.5 games. 5. By the way, do you think there's parity in the NFL? Well, 18 teams are projected to win between seven and nine games in 2014. So there's that. Here are the full rankings: Denver Broncos -- 11 Seattle Seahawks -- 11 New England Patriots -- 10.5 San Francisco 49ers -- 10.5 Green Bay Packers -- 10 New Orleans Saints -- 9.5 Indianapolis Colts -- 9.5 Cincinnati Bengals -- 9 Philadelphia Eagles -- 9 Baltimore Ravens -- 8.5 Pittsburgh Steelers -- 8.5 Detroit Lions -- 8 Chicago Bears -- 8 Atlanta Falcons -- 8 Carolina Panthers -- 8 Kansas City Chiefs -- 8 San Diego Chargers -- 8 Dallas Cowboys -- 8 Miami Dolphins -- 8 Houston Texans -- 7.5 New York Giants -- 7.5 Arizona Cardinals -- 7.5 St. Louis Rams -- 7.5 Washington Redskins -- 7.5 Tennessee Titans -- 7 Tampa Bay Buccaneers -- 7 New York Jets -- 7 Cleveland Browns -- 6.5 Buffalo Bills -- 6.5 Minnesota Vikings -- 6 Oakland Raiders -- 5 Jacksonville Jaguars -- 4.5

Indy has a lot of questions right now (for me). Wayne coming back from injury at his age and Mathis likely out the first 4 games. I think 9 wins takes that division so at 9.5 I am staying away.

The over under on JFF games played next season is 8.5. I am going to take the over and I almost tripped over myself running to the computer to bet the world on the under 6.5 wins for the Browns.

I like the team the Rams are putting together, the problem with betting on their W/L is the brutal division they play in.

The Rams have won the off-season a lot recently. Something about that team just doesn't sit well with me, shouldn't they be better by now? They are a no play for me. I like the over with the Broncos as well.

Agree...it probably has a lot to do with their QB made of glass.

I think it was last season, or maybe the season before that, the Rams swept their division.

7-8-1 in 2012 going 4-1-1 in their division I believe. They are built to beat division foes but not much else. Contrary to pre-season popular belief the NFC West will take a step back in 2014 IMO. Too many good teams in the NFC to have one division so dominant.

Here are the hot plays as I see it.OverDenverSan FranciscoGreen Bay PhillyTampa BayUnderBuffaloThe way the numbers are set they are trying to get people to bet the overs. They are sucking in a lot of money on these wagers and wont need to pay out until the end of the year. If I had big money to wager this is where I would put it.
