28-52 Over the last 5 seasons with the media darling Dominik at the helm.11-21 the last two seasons under the guidance of Schiano. A coach from a lower tier College Program that never won the worst conference in college football.2010 was the last winning season that was full of hope and optimism as a young roster overachieved. 2007-2008 was the last back to back winning seasons the Bucs have had. Where is the silver lining with the current regime? Where is the hope that 2010 gave us? Yeah it's pretty common knowlege that the 10-6 season was smoke and mirrors and taking advantage of a easy schedule, but we'd all take 10-6 over the garbage that we are currently seeing on a weekly basis. When do we as fans see a consistently good, and competitive team again? Do the Bucs become the Browns of the NFC and continue the downward trend? In my view the losing ways and mentality will continue on until the front office is retooled, a new scouting department, and Pro coaches are brought in. This situation is not a quick fix, but progress and steady improvement is what needs to be seen to make me believe this team can be consistently good again.

      2016, can’t be worse than Lovie’s first year, right…

2014 is a bust with Schiano and company. A new staff in 2015 so let’s shot for 2016 or 2017 to attempt a playoff run.

The NFL is designed so teams at the bottom can quickly rise to the top. It's only a rare few that stay as bottom feeders.

Looking at next years opponents I see one win at home against the Vikings. Maybe 2 or 3 wins on the road against Washington, Detroit and Cleveland.  FML.

Depends on when the new coaching staff comes in and who is apart of it. It better be full of guys with NFL experience who know what the fuck they’re doing.

fix both lines (draft / free agency), get (and keep) people healthy, fix the play calling, get better at in game adjustments and the Bucs could be playing for a wild card spot next season.

With Glennon as our starter and Schiano as HC? Not likely.

My ResumeEducation- Not RutgersExperience - My offline connected career on Madden won a Superbowl every season I was coach.Notes- If run don't work, throw it.- If pass no work, run it.- If kicking no good, get new kicker.- Safeties are in the back.- Expensive player covers expensive player.

28-52 Over the last 5 seasons with the media darling Dominik at the helm. Media darling? Not lately.11-21 the last two seasons under the guidance of Schiano. A coach from a lower tier College Program that never won the worst conference in college football. Not sure why the second part would be relevant if it were true, which it is not. 2010 was the last winning season that was full of hope and optimism as a young roster overachieved. Agreed! When do we as fans see a consistently good, and competitive team again? Do the Bucs become the Browns of the NFC and continue the downward trend? Possibly. In my view the losing ways and mentality will continue on until the front office is retooled, a new scouting department, and Pro coaches are brought in. This situation is not a quick fix, but progress and steady improvement is what needs to be seen to make me believe this team can be consistently good again. You need the stud QB. But just as significantly you need a line to protect him. That all begins with a new gm.

Rutgers University isn’t the problem. It’s the guy we got from there.
