The Buccaneers wanted to add some speed to their receiving corps and did so with the selection of Nebraska’s all-time leading receiver, Kenny Bell.
Below is a career highlight video for the lanky but blazing-fast Bell.

Can he play DE?
Wow. THis guy’s highlight film is amazing. How did he last to the 5th round ?
Easily Top 5 Afro… Wanted a DE with this pick, but this guy will compete for slot WR and handling kick and punt returns from day one…. say good night Robert Herron…. I like the pick…
Also like this pick, a speed receiver with hands.
We LOVED him here in Nebraska…Throw to the Fro!
I live here in Big 10 country and saw him play well. I, too, wondered how he lasted to the 5th round.
