No one should be mad a a win, ever. Loser culture only leaves when you don’t want to lose.00No votes yet. Please wait...Apr. 25, 2018 at 12:33 pm #1078323
It’s going to be the team that picks up Isaiah Oliver because he’s a stud and everyone is sleeping on him.00No votes yet. Please wait...Apr. 24, 2018 at 12:50 pm #1077991
Yeah, Oliver would be a perfect trade back candidate. I’m as high on him as Kollmann is and the Bucs should be too.00No votes yet. Please wait...Mar. 23, 2018 at 1:09 pm #1071535
Is it ok to call him Captain Hook?00No votes yet.Please wait...Mar. 18, 2018 at 8:40 pm #1069978
In the minority, but I don’t really like O.O. A lot of his production seems to be pure hustle and not actually beating his guy off the edge. It’s nice to have those kind of guys, but I don’t think he’ll be able to do what we want him to do.00No votes yet. Please wait...Mar. 18, 2018 at 8:38 pm #1069976
I agree, the article is trash for a number of reasons I don’t want to get into. Barkley at 7 is a fine pick, and we shouldn’t be serious about Guice at 7 ESPECIALLY with Barkley still on the board. Guice probably will go in the 1st, just not in the top 10 imo.00No votes yet. Please wait...Mar. 18, 2018 at 8:31 pm #1069973
Yeah, of that list Barkley is the answer. If not, it’s time for trading down. If you can’t get thatttt, well, like I said in a different thread, the remaining guys are all pretty close together imo.00No votes yet. Please wait...Mar. 18, 2018 at 8:29 pm #1069971
It would be a nightmare scenario, ngl. I mean, I guesss Derwin but you might as well look at a bunch of other guys then. Nelson/Chubb/Barkley is out clear Top-Tier and everyone else just sort of blends together into similar levels of talent after that.00No votes yet. Please wait...Mar. 18, 2018 at 12:29 am #1069814
Edmunds isn’t going to be there if we trade back. He’s almost certainly going to be a 49er or a Raider. Still wouldn’t take him at 7. He’s a great player, but our LB corps is fine and it’s a waste of his talent to try and transform him into a DE.
Landry at 7, no 😛 He’s a target if you trade back to 22 with the Bills. The Rams at 23 will almost certainly take him imo, he fits what they do so much.
Nelson, Chubb, Barkley. Those are the targets at 7. Try to trade back otherwise or safety valve into Derwin James or Denzel Ward at last resort.00No votes yet. Please wait...Mar. 18, 2018 at 12:21 am #1069812
Put aside the cash we’ll spend resigning our own guys and you’ll see we really don’t have much to play with. After the V Curry signing, I expect we MAYBE pick up one more low-key kind of guy, probably a CB or S. Then off to the draft.00No votes yet. Please wait...Mar. 14, 2018 at 6:57 pm #1068265
I honestly can’t tell if this is supposed to be sarcastic or not. I’ll just assume that it is for now.
I’m fine with the signings so far. I think we’ll see 1, maybe 2 splash signings this FA for us. Nothing special. Think the organization has finally learned their lesson on FA after being burned multiple times on big FA contracts. Good for them.00No votes yet. Please wait...Mar. 14, 2018 at 6:55 pm #1068263
I don’t think we’ll get both Sitton or Jensen. Probably one or the other with the preference likely on the latter.00No votes yet. Please wait...Mar. 14, 2018 at 3:44 pm #1068123
Pass. Inquire, but his asking price is likely going to be way too steep. He’s young, but his injury history is really concerning and if it’s true that he’s looking for more money that ARI was offering …. yikes.
Focus on 1-2 starters in FA, and the rest depth. If reports that we’re not going to let C Ryan Jensen leave are true, then I’d easily spend the money on him over Mathieu.00No votes yet. Please wait...Mar. 9, 2018 at 3:19 pm #1066175
I would be fine if Sherman came for a modest price and for 1-2 years.
But the biggest problem is that his style is so totally different from what TB runs atm. Sherman is an in-your-face press man corner and unless you release Grimes and have confidence VHIII will do better in press man (which he absolutely might tbh) then Sherman doesn’t really fit.
Whether we pick up Sherman or retain Grimes is going to tell me a lot about what kind of defense we’re going for next year. If it was up to me then yeah, we’d make the shift to Sherman and change to a press man team on the outside. Justin Evans is proving to be a good FS so maybe with a DL drafted and more press on the outside, the defense could see a sudden swing.
Just my conjecture on that part though.00No votes yet. Please wait...
