No#1 Get the Head Coach Hiring Right Promote some of the coaches from With in like Harvey Nickerson.How about ask John Lynch to come back to Tampa and coach cb, and get the coaches that will impact tampa
Scott, I told you at the time you first called for Lovie’s firing if he didn’t win against Jacksonville that it took a lot of mettle for you to go out on the limb like that since you have to deal with the man personally on a day to day basis.
I also had to grudgingly admit you were right about the factual reasons you gave.
In no way did I see your opinion as a personal vendetta.
Unfortunately this had to be done. I wish for all the world that Lovie, Schiano and Morris could have turned this around.
All of them, however, lost the locker room.
Schiano with his paranoid authoritative manner, Morris with his inability to handle Talib and loose atmosphere and now Lovie with his inability to adapt to changes in the league.
