  1. If its me Lovie needs 7-9 and he stays. Anything less and we make Dirk the HC and Leslie can assume the DC job. He had them playing at the end last of year. Perfect situation as there is virtually no disruption to the team.

  2. I think Koetter is a good coordinator who needs to stay focused on Wintson. I don’t believe you need to be a great coordinator to become a head coach. Mike Tomlin was a D.C. for like one year before getting the Steeler gig, and he was an average D.C. at best. I’d seriously consider replacing Lovie with Hardy Nickerson before years end if Lovie completely loses this team. A head coach has to have the ability to push the right buttons, motivate, manage, he has to be in step with his players, and staff. Right now there’s a disconnect between Lovie, and his players. How do explain Lovie saying slants for T.D.’s should not happen after seeing it happen time, and sgain in front of our eyes? How has Lovie not gotten that message across? We can see it pre snap the way the defenders line up, can’t Lovie? Promote Hardware.Give Koetter full control on offense. Trade away anyone before Tuesday not named Winston. This team needs a coach to coach like he played, on fire! Give Hardy a shot at kicking some arse in gear at One Buc.

  3. I think that if Lovie Smith gets fired. Frazier calls the defense plays Loetter gets the head coaching job and another coach is running the Offensive. Plus Tampa selects a DE,Safety,CB. OL and RB in 2016.Go Bucs
