“I speak for the PewterReport.com staff when I say I’m very excited to announce this partnership,” said PewterReport.com vice president and publisher Scott Reynolds. “After a decade of previously being on the air with WDAE, I feel like we’re home. We’re glad to be back and we are excited about our multiple weekly appearances on Tampa Bay’s top sports radio station. I would like to thank program director John Mamola and his staff at WDAE, which is Tampa Bay’s home for ESPN radio, for welcoming us with open arms. Nobody covers the Bucs online like PewterReport.com does, and we are excited to bring over two decades worth of experience covering the team to 620 WDAE.”
Mamola said the station has big plans for using PewterReport.com talent on-air and on-line to bolster WDAE’s coverage of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
“WDAE is thrilled to be partnering with PewterReport.com and their team, led by Scott Reynolds and Mark Cook,” Mamola said. “This partnership further magnifies the local coverage of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers between WDAE, the radio flagship station, and a very popular, respected and highly visited online resource for Tampa Bay Buccaneers news and analysis in PewterReport.com.”
PewterReport.com will be kicking off the announcement with Reynolds and Cook joining Ronnie “Night Train” Lane and Tom Krasniqi, hosts of the Ronnie and TKras Show, live in studio on Monday at 11:00 a.m. ET to talk Buccaneers free agency and the draft. That appearance, as well as all future appearances on WDAE will be made available in podcast form on PewterReport.com as well as on 620WDAE.com.
PewterReport.com will also be recording exclusive podcasts for 620 WDAE throughout football season. Bucs fans will be able to access those podcasts from both PewterReport.com and 620WDAE.com.
“Mark and I are excited about our regular upcoming appearances with the Ronnie and TKras and Ron and JP and are looking forward to expanding on presence on other WDAE shows, including Bucs training camp coverage,” Reynolds said. “Bucs football season can’t get here fast enough, but we’ll have some exciting Bucs draft-related programming coming up soon. Whether Bucs fans are local or following the team from out of town, they’ll be able to hear the PewterReport.com staff extensively live on 620 WDAE or via multiple podcasts.”
Beginning with Bucs training camp, PewterReport.com will initially be featured Mondays and Fridays on both the Ronnie & TKras show as well as Ron & JP show. Stay tuned for more appearances on more WDAE shows. PewterReport.com encourages its visitors to listen to WDAE, which is found on 620 AM and also 95.3 FM.
