The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were scheduled to hold one more practice, a walk-thru, at Disney’s Wide World of Sports complex on Thursday morning before officially breaking training camp.

But Bucs head coach Jon Gruden surprised his team, which reported to training camp on July 26, when he announced that Thursday’s practice had been cancelled and that the players and coaches were free to leave camp and return to Tampa after their 7:00 a.m. breakfast.

Tampa Bay will hold a pre-game walk-thru at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa on Friday afternoon. The military personnel at MacDill Air Force Base have been invited to attend the walk-thru and get a close look at the Buccaneers.

The Bucs’ walk-thru at MacDill Air Force Base is closed to the pubic.

The Buccaneers are scheduled to visit Jacksonville to take on the Jaguars in their second preseason game of the year on Saturday night.
