For the third time this season, the Bucs will be facing a team with more limited preparation than normal, as a player testing positive for COVID-19 has forced the Los Angeles Rams to enter intensive protocols and work remotely on Wednesday.
The Rams tonight announced that a player tested positive for COVID-19. That player entered immediate self-quarantine, and the team will enter intensive protocol. Football activities will take place remotely on Wednesday and staff will work from home. Rams are working with NFL.

The Rams are coming off back-to-back days off, making significant close contacts to the positive tester much less likely than on a normal week of practice. Los Angeles has canceled all media availability for Wednesday and will hold all teams meetings virtually.
In previous weeks, both the Raiders and Giants dealt with positive tests and the loss of some personnel for practices during the week leading up to their games against the Bucs. The Rams travel to Tampa Bay to take on the Bucs on Monday Night Football in Week 11.
